1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally Reside on my Cure of St Laurence Exeter. There is no Parsonage House on it, I have no Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have a Benefice called Rockbeare, on which there is a Vicarage House & Glebe, there is a Resident Curate whose name is Bidgood, he hath receivd a Nomination, & intends to Apply for a Licence, the Salary Forty pounds out of the Revenues of ye same.

3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

4. Frequency of divine service: The Church is Served twice every Sunday, with a Sermon in the Morning & Afternoon.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is Administerd the Third Sunday in every Month. The Number of Communicants about Forty.

6. Catechising of children: Easter & Whitsuntide.

7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair, The Church yard is not So at present, but the Wardens are repairing & every thing is decent for Divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: There is no House, or Glebe.

9. Number of families: About Sixty.

10. Chapels: There is a Chapel, the Mayor of Exeter nominates, There are at present four appointed, Viz Mr Ellicombe, Hill, Ley & Locker, it is alternately Served once a Month, & is Supported from an Estate which produces Forty pounds, Annually.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I know not of any.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are three Schools, but without any Alms House or Parochial Library.

13. Charity: There is a House, an Estate on Davids Hill late Chambers & another in Whitestone, in the County of Devon Calld Hartly Cleave, properly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution to the Vicarage of Rockbeare in the County of Devon is Dated the 28^th of October 1772.
    The Collation to the Rectory of St. Laurence Exeter, 20^th of March 1779.
    Priest Orders, 13^th of Novr 1763.
